No Refunds or Exchanges

  • Digital Products: Our digital products include online courses, downloadable materials. So, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased and access has been granted.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Course Cancellation: If DigitWeaver cancels a scheduled course for any reason, participants will have the option to transfer enrollment to a future session or, if no suitable session is available, request a full refund. This is the only scenario under which a refund may be issued.

Refund Mode

If a refund is issued under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed using the following methods based on the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the card used for the transaction. Processing may take 5-10 business days.
  • Bank Transfer: Refunds will be transferred to your bank account and may take up to 7 business days to reflect.
  • Digital Wallets: Refunds for purchases made via digital wallets will be credited back to the original wallet. Processing times may vary based on the wallet service provider.
